Introduction
Through excellent teaching, mentoring and administrative practice, enhance the learning and welfare of both students and colleagues within the school and wider education community. Using my practical, pedagogical, administrative and wellbeing skills I aim to provide leadership, develop positive and personal relationships and add growth and support to all aspects of the teaching community.
Snapshot: Spanning 20 years, I have a vast range of experience in working with students in the middle and senior years . In 2014 I completed a Masters of Education (Pedagogy) with a focus on pedagogy and have been in several leadership roles throughout my career.
I have a passion for the development and retention of Early Career Teachers. Too often our great profession loses excellent beginning teachers through a lack of support and guidance I have a desire to help early career teachers learn, have enhanced wellbeing and feel confident to move into their teaching future. Through my own experiences I aim to provide authentic help and support to all teachers.
